Kennel “Von Der Illusion” was formed in 2009 by two brothers , Shahbaz & Sardar Khan.We have kept different dog breeds (Doberman,Greyhound,Rottweiler,Dalmation and German Shepherd) since our childhood.But after having many different breeds,we liked German Shepherd the most.Our aim is to produce high quality German Shepherd and to improve the breeding standard in Pakistan.In 2002 we imported a pair of white German Shepherd puppies from Germany but unfortunately and of our bad luck we lost our male at the age of 15 months because of some environmental disease and our female remained as our family member for 8 yrs,She expired in january 2009.We used to call her Rikki.

In 2008 summers , we imported German Shepherd pair from Germany , Xen vom Status Quo [ VA5 ( NED ) V8 (BSZS ) Djenges Kahn vom Santes home X Kira vom Status Quo ] and Aba von der Urbecke [ VA1 ( USA) V6 ( BSZS ) Bazi von der Urbecke X Quennja von der Urbecke ] . In the same year we showed our dogs for the first time on 2 November , in Lahore , this show was organised by German Shepherd Club of Pakistan which was judged by Mr.Mirza Saif Baig . In our first show achieved our first and rememberable victory as our dogs won in their specific classes . Our female Aba von der Urbecke participated in youth class amongst 22 females and she was placed at first position . Our male Xen vom Status Quo participated in Junior class amongst 8 males and he was placed also at the first position . And we showed our dogs almost in all the shows which were held in Islamabad , Lahore and Sheikhupura in show season 2008 – 2009 . Our dogs became youth champions in one show season . We also showed are dogs in Seiger Show 2009 , in which our female was placed at Fourth position ( SG 4 ) and our male was placed at Fifth position ( SG 5 ) . In FCI international show 2009 we showed our female and she gained the title of CACIB , on the same day she was also placed as Winners of Winners Bitch and Reserve Best of breed in the show .

In March 2009 we got are female bred with V10 ( Italy ) Deko Dell’Utveggio ( son of VA1 Zamp vom Thermodos ) and she gave 8 puppies in May ;

6 Males – 2 Females. We have many hope with these youngsters of our kennel . We will be showing them in next show season 2009 – 2010 . INSHALLAH !

We couldn’t get our female bred with our own beautiful male because of his age factor ( He was only 21 months old , and the rule of German shepherd club of Pakistan is to breed the male after 24 months ) We’ll try our level best to do improve in every new show season and we hope one day our kennel would be one of the best kennel in Pakistan .
