At Byabani Kennels we specialize in breeding a true Labrador retriever – good looking, an excellent companion with good working ability as a hunting field dog.

Established in 2005 the primary purpose of Byabani Kennels is to breed ethically and responsibly in order to contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of Labrador Retrievers in Pakistan.

Syed Tasvir Hussain Shah of Hanjwerwal Kennels (who contributed to the revival of the Labrador breed in Pakistan in the early 1990’s by bringing in males and females from the top most kennels in the UK and the USA under the guidance of Col. K M Roy, an Internationally recognized authority on the breed) has been an excellent mentor and guide.

Byabani Kennels are licensed breeders registered with the Kennel Club of Pakistan. All our breeding stock is cleared for genetic defects including eyes (CERF) and hips (OFA), and are conscientiously bred to eliminate other genetic defects such as epilepsy, cardiac problems, cancer, and allergies.

At Byabani Kennels, high-quality Labradors are bred to produce a standard litter of excellent pups. You may contact us for details of the bloodlines of our breeding stock.

All pups have sweet, quiet, teachable temperaments, are good looking and blessed with a calm intelligence. At Byabani, we believe it is extremely important to place our pups with people who appreciate and love dogs and would give the pup the required attention and a loving home.

Our relationship with our customer continues when a pup leaves Byabani Kennels. This is essential for all three concerned – the pup, the owner and Byabani. We strongly believe that the new owner should benefit from our experience and know-how, so that he/she can give the pup the best environment in which to grow.

A good breeder is only as good as a healthy and happy pup sold to a satisfied customer.

Our existing customers have noted the following:

Byabani Kennels will only let a pup be separated from its litter when it is at least 10 weeks old. At that time, the pup adjusts easily to the new home environment and displays excellent behaviour and temperament. No whining, barking or biting.

All pups possess full immunization and vaccination certificates when they leave the kennels.

All pups and dogs are extremely healthy, athletic and benefit from the location of the kennels in the open rural, mountain environment of the foothills of the Himalayas with ample water to swim in.

Byabani dogs are extremely intelligent and make excellent show dogs and/or working or hunting companions.
